Sailing and Work

Sailing and Angst Comparing Harleys to sailing seemed a bit of stretch.

But then I thought about my guilt at dodging out after a tough day to go sailing and I realized that there is something important that happens when I go sailing.

I work in a creative profession. And that means fueling the creative fires. Coming at projects and problems with new and fresh ideas. Sailing does that for me. It gives me that mental break that moves me away from what I might normally do and gives me new insight into what it is I actually do.
