'Pump-and-Dump' Spam Surge Linked to Russian Bot Herders

It has been hard to find out what is happening with all the Spam. In part I suspect the people that are hunting it are so busy with it that they aren/t talking but I also suspect that people are keeping quiet because it is so out of control. They simply don't want people knowing where they are in the fight.
